We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our visit to the Tutankhamun exhibition and the park view room we requested offered fine views. The apartment-style rooms were great for eating in and the nearby Lygon Street provided plenty of dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, as it was close to everything central in the city area. Being within walking distance to the free trams and train stations made it so convenient to explore the city. Plus, it was great for my fitness to be able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which was a great bonus.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the museum, Exhibition center, and the very center of the city. We were able to get around so easily as everything was so close. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and comfortable bedding. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast at the small restaurant on the ground level was great.
The hotel could have provided more crockery or cooking utensils in the room.

I stayed here recently and had a great experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to trams and shopping malls. The room amenities were excellent, including the kitchenette and free toiletries. The staff was lovely and accommodating, with a duty manager who went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable.
Would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation. It was also within walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping areas, made exploring the city very convenient. the hotel offered spacious and comfortable rooms that were well-maintained.
My experience at the hotel was marred by the unhelpful and cold staff. When I arrived early in the morning and requested an early check-in, the staff was unsympathetic and reminded me that I should have booked an extra day if I wanted early access to my room.
